The Great and Powerful Trixie Custom Pony by saucycustoms The Great and Powerful Trixie Custom Pony by saucycustoms
Here\'s a commission from way back way. I\'m only just now uploading these because I realized I should woopsies! But my customs went to their homes usually before I post these.

Bait: Rarity
Hair: Daiquri Ice and Marshmallow from dollyhair.com

She was painted in acrylics, sealed with Mod Podge, and her cape and hat were hand painted on a silky purple material that was a remnant from JoAnn Fabrics. I do not have any more of this after two Trixie customs however.

Well you'll save money for another pony perhaps because Trixie is getting released as a toy and you won't therefore need to buy it.

Yes, I'm well aware that Hasbro is releasing her as a toy. These were made WELL before Hasbro ever announced her.

The two I did have removable clothing that I know Hasbro will not release, and these were both given more expression at the commissioners' requests. Hasbro will not do that.

Thank you ever so much for he vote of confidence. =) There's always other ponies that can be made that Hasbro hasn't and may never, such as Derpy/Ditzy Doo.

Derpy is certainly one I cannot see Hasbro doing with her controversy and all.

Yep. And then there are OC ponies, ponies based on other media, ponies such as Fancy Pants and Fleur who are too different in size or design to be created into a toy, etc.

Taobao, a chinese site or something DID have sort-of prototypes for ponies that eventually came out and Derpy is one of them but yet I cannot see Hasbro going through with it. The site is now showing a Princess Luna toy and it's posted on MLP Arena.

Yes, I know, I collect the toys and keep up with what goes on.

Is there a reason for telling me all of this, though? I hope I don't sound rude but I can't tell if it's trying to be discouraging for my customs business or just informational.

Oh no, it's just that you'd save money by not having to buy the toys when you make one yourself.
